My Soufflé

Today I attempted to make a cheese soufflé in class but ended up doing a Sabrina.

"A woman happy in love, she burns the soufflé; a woman unhappy in love, she forgets to turn on the oven"

My souffle rose beautifully according to Chef Philippe, but alas, I forgot the cheese and left it out of the souffle recipe! This has been my one and only boo-boo since being in culinary school so if that's anything to go by...
