Framboise Frenzy

As students in the culinary class, we clock sufficient hours in class daily handling vegetables and meat to warrant not wanting to eat what we cook.

It's always delightful to step out of class and be greeted by some beautiful creations that the pastry students want to share with their friendly cuisine schoolmates (as they probably spend all their time with their thumbs in flour sugar & eggs)

This pretty raspberry tart is for a special someone on this special day... Happy Birthday N !!!
